Damp Proofing

Do I need to treat a small patch of damp?

Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 2.36 PM

My girlfriend and I are looking to buy a house in the BS15 area of Bristol, the survey has been completed and the surveyor highlighted that he found a samll patch of damp in the former fireplace. However on the survey report he has marked this as 'No repair currently needed". Is this the case, is thing something that will need to be repaired eventually? Thanks Scott
