Deposit should be part of the price and is paid up front as conservatories are made to order.

your deposit should come off the final bill, i.e if you've been quoted £8250.00 minus £1658.00 balance on completion £6592.00.
this should all have been made clear to you and put in writing. the fact it was not has alarm bells ringing
good luck Alex

The deposit will be included in the full purchase price. the conservatory is probably made to order. The deposit it not normally refundable if you cancel the order once the unit has been made.
