Smallest size uPVC window?

I was wondering what is the smallest size uPVC window I can get? Trying to get some light to my cellar, the gap a window can be fitted is 16cm (height) x 89cm (width) --- Thank you for the answer to my first question. I was wondering where I can find a glass bricks/blocks near Portsmouth?

160mm Is very small although not impossible to weld.
But by the time you've knocked off the profile stack (arounds 67mm x2) you're left with a silver of glass
