My tenant reports water ingress: is it from the roof, lack of pointing...only in heavy rain

...the rain has come in again over the kitchen window, but it came in at the back of the kitchen adjoining the Cellar wall on Friday. Also I could hear drip, drip, drip above the ceiling on the landing. The wallpaper on the outside wall is damp and there's mould on it, and the wall adjoining next door is also damp. ...which trade do i use please?

It's either a cracked tile or slipped tile could also be the ridge tiles need pointing or lead flashing on chimney or bench or pointing on chimney

what you need is a general builder to come and check the roof for any places were water can get through/ and check the seals around your windows and also the pointing or render on the outside, this should get to the point
