Replacing pvc door with different size (wider door without top panel)

Hi I would love a bit of advice as I would like to replace a front upvc door with a wider one and also one that does not have a top panel in. Is it possible to have the top bricked down to the new door and made to fit the new width. I already have a new door to fit. thank you in advance for any answers

youll need a engineers report for guidelines or a qualified builder,not that easy todo.
