How wide does the block work from foundations to damp course need to be? If I was to build my single storey extension out of 6x2 timber ?? I still yet too infill my floor slab .

nine inches/225 should do it. dont forget to lap the sub concrete plastic up the side of the blockwork. also think about underfloor ventilation before pouring slab. michael
