Is there another way to increase water pressure rather than install a pump?

Is there another way to increase water pressure rather than install a noisy water pump into the airing cupboard? The house I live in has a water pump but when it's on it creates an awful lot of noise. Is there anything else that can be done? Without this pump the water pressure is very low.

U can use pressurise tank instead of pump to increase pressure
