What type of tradesman to replace soffits and rebuild / render external wall

Hi, My surveyor said I need to replace the soffits over the back door, I also need the external wall looking at and possibly rebuilt or rendered. What type of trades man should I be looking for? Thanks Bonnie

To replace the soffits over the back door can be done by any multi trade, for external wall rebuilt you need bricklayer and for rendered you need a plasterer.
