Replace Immersion Heater Element (3kw 27 inch)

I need to replace my immersion element, the details I have is that it is 3KW the number on the case is 80027BT as far as I can see on the internet is that the 27 is the length of the element in inches, so, can I get any 3kw 27 inch element to replace it? Any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks.

generally top elements are 27" side position elements are 11", use Incoloy for hard water.
