Three damp surveys and they are all different -what do i do now ?

Hi. I have had three damp surveys and they are all different. The one thing they all have in common is they cannot tell me what type of damp I have and where it is coming from. I'm not sure what to do now can anyone advise ? Just to give you some background: First survey did not recommend a chemical DPC but said I needed to fix external factors ie. blocked gutters, weak render and install air bricks. My external floor levels in garden are to high. This was the damp survey pre-purchase of the house in December 2013. Second survey, recommended a chemical DPC and new plaster in kitchen only. Air bricks, mend weak render and a French drain. This survey took place after I noticed a damp patch in the kitchen in June 2014. Third survey, chemical DPC and new plaster in all ground floor rooms apart from ground floor bathroom, mend weak render and install air bricks. This survey took place after I noticed a damp patch in the kitchen in June 2014. Can anyone advise what I should do now ? I want the the damp issue resolved and to find out what is causing it and does it really need a chemical DPC. Many thanks. C.
