Is it ok to put the oven isolator switch behind a full height fridge?

Is it ok to put the oven isolator switch behind a full height fridge? It seems a strange place to put it as we don't have access to it. It is a gas hob/electric oven Britannia range. Thank you

BS7671:2008 (17th edition wiring regulations) requires that all isolators are readily accessible such that they can be quickly operated in an emergency and also to isolate the appliance for cleaning and maintenance. Therefore the proposed location behind the fridge is non-compliant and this would be classed as a Category C3 defect if an electrical inspection was undertaken at anytime in the future.

These isolators are required to be accessible. (as per appendix H notes to table H7 note 1 ). So in my opinion behind the fridge is not reasonably accessible.
