off-peak power points - complicated job?

I have economy 7 power and have an off-peak power point in the dining room which is connected to a storage heater. There are no other off-peak power points in the flat. I now wish to have 2 more storage heaters in the 2 bedrooms which will an off-peak power point to be installed in each room. I wish to have these as surface mounts. My question is, should I expect this type of job be a quickish simple one or a long complicated time consuming one. Thanks.

Run surface it will be relatively quick and simple.

To install two new off peak circuits in white pvc surface mounted trunking should be around 3 to 4 hours work, and should be a very straightforward task for a registered electrician. Only issue I could foresee is if the off peak fusebox needs upgrading to accept two extra circuits?, but this should not be more than an extra couple of hours work if it was required.
