disguising bathroom water pipes

How do I disguise unsightly bathroom water pipes? pipes are from toilet cistern and from sink to shower

Have a bathroom installed designed with concealed pipework.

If the bathroom is already fitted you may be able to re-direct the pipes or have them boxed in.
You can buy vanity units for sink which would hide some of the pipe work.
