Broad gravel walkway - job for driveway tradesman or landscaper?

Not sure whether to post this job for a driveway tradesman or a landscaper. I want a broad gravel walkway with stepping stones between one side of my driveway & a shrub/flower border. Area approx 7m x 2m. I want to reduce the depth of the border so need a durable edging material to retain soil. Also need a bit of brick wall rebuilding between garden & pavement, approx 1 metre square. Drive is sound concrete covered in elderly tarmac.

Both builders and landscapers can do this kind of work. Place the ad in both and see who is prepared to quote for it.
