Replacement boiler (Vaillant Ecotec + 837) not pumping hot water to loft extension.

Prior to installation of a new boiler we had no issues heating our loft room. Since installation of our new boiler (vaillant ecotec + 837) we have not been able to get any heat to the loft room. The pipework wasn't changed or altered so I think the problem is with the balancing.

You could be right, ask the installer to re-attend and address this simple fix. He should have balanced the system as part of the boiler commissioning process!
