Additional cost to add underfloor heating

Hi, I have already got a quote to refit the bathroom and tile all the floors etc. I've now decided to also add electric undefloor heating as these kits seem to be quite cheap? The bathroom is about 3-4sqm, with a separate WC next door around 1.5sqm. How much extra should a plumber charge on top of his original quote to do underfloor heating as well, given he is already re-doing the whole flooring and tiling it? (extra labour + materials?) And any recommended place to get the underfloor kits from? Thanks
