Building brick garage - do I need a deep foundation or can it be built on a crazy path?

Hi,I am having a brick garage built. Do I need a foundation, or at what depth should be (it is one story). The size is approx 12 foot width 30 foot long. I would appreciate a reply as soon as possible. Thanks Frank

Of course you can't build it on crazy paving!
You need 1 metre deep footings.
Don't forget your planning permission and building regs if required!
If you have a 'builder' planning to build this garage on crazy paving please show him the door, it's a disgrace!
