Loft insulation building regulations - building control have stipulated 150mm

Hi Just wondered what mm of Kingspan/celotex would the loft roof require (1 side dormer / 1 side velux) to meet building regulations. BC have stipulated 150mm is this right? Also how do we find out what multi-foil we would need if we were to cover the between rafter Kingspan (we have used 90mm and 70mm). Cheers Becky

150mm sounds about right, 100 celotex between joists, then 50mm crossways is normal, get long dry wall screws and screw straight through plasterboard and 50mm celotex into joists
