Bluetooth streamer from my home hifi unit that i want to wire up in my car - convert 12v to 5v

right, i have a bluetooth streamer from my home hifi unit that i want to wire up in my car. the power supply on the streamer says this INPUT:100-240V~50/60hZ 150mA OUTPUT:5.0V---600Ma So...I want to chop off the plug socket and wire it to my car battery, what transformer do I need? I've found this on ebay http://goo.gl/BWc0DS Is that what I need? Any help highly appreciated Thanks
