Types of plasterboard to resist condensation/mold

I have a 4 year old house & constantly get mold in the on-suite. The plasterboard appears to be the same as the rest of the house, just standard plasterboard. Should the building contractor that built the house used a more area specific plasterboard that could resist condensation/mold?

You could use moisture board for piece of mind, but consider installing an air vent, black mold is caused by condensation (poor ventilation)
