i had a new roof about 20yrs ago on my victorian end of terrace home. My neighbours chimney came down in a storm and they had this fixed including some new slates to my roof. I now have damp on the wall upstairs where my house meets theirs an d into my adjoining back bedroom which. do i need a surveyor to find out what's wrong, should i call my insurance company?
