Amount of sharp sand and concrete required for 26m sq patio

2.5 tons should be ample at 50mm deep plus 12 bags of cement, but i would start with 2 big bags of sand from any merchant and 8 bags of cement, they will deliver all in the price use this then see what you need to finish off with,
When mixing sand/cement dont be shy with the cement you will know when the mix is right when the heap changes colour, refrain from adding water as this (and i presume you are a amateur ) will make the slabs very messy
