Durable Matt paint?

I'm looking for a wipeable Matt paint, as I have a toddler. Veering towards dulux diamond but I hear it's not actually that Matt? Standard Matt paint seems to come away if you touch it with anything damp... Thanks for the advice.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?
