whats the best way to lay my oversite for my 3.5 by 3.5 conservatory

hi,i have been talking to a few of my building mates and I've had a couple of different opinions. one is saying 100mm stone (hardcore), then membrane, then 100mm of concrete, then 100mm kingspan, then my laminate floor, one is saying 100mm stone (hardcore), sand, 100mm kingspan, membrane, 100mm concrete, then laminate one is saying 100mm stone (hardcore), sand, 100mm kingspan, membrane,100mm screed,then laminate what do you guys think?
