no fascia cap ends - advice on how to cap it off

hi our fascia has no caps at the end so i was wondering if someone could give us advice how to cap it off. We've put chicken wire in there now as we had pigeons in it but they are pulling it out ahh

It seems like you need what's known as a box end which gives a finish to both ends, these are usually cut in by the fascia and soffit fitter
