my washer will not drain or spin, does this mean that the motor has gone? if so would it be cheaper to repair/replace thanks

Hi, Try lifting the waste pipe at the back of the machine, it cant be allowed to sit on the floor because this creates a situation where the waste water backs up into the machine as it cant be pumped away, the pipe must be into a waste upstand,, hope this helps

it could be that the pump is blocked turn it on its back and take the pipe off the pump and empty this should work
