Removing cement and paving stones from hallway in first floor maisonette
Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.03 PM
Hi We have purchased an early 70s upper-floor maisonette. The previous owners, for reasons known only to themselves, have floored the hallway with cement, into which is embedded pebbles and decorative small paving stones! I presume that the underlying floorbase is concrete. How do we go about getting this removed, and the original floor restored, the intention being to lay laminate flooring to fit in with the adjacent living room and bedroom. Thanks for any advice
