Need wires channeled in bedroom - electrician or builder?

I need some wires channeled in my bedroom but also in the bathroom I need a hole drilled for extractor and extractor moved lower and wires channeled. The hole for extractor needs a vent and a sleeve? Please could u tell me if I need an builder or electrician x

If your fan needs lowering id assume the cable needs to be extended or replaced, so this would require an electrician. You haven't said why it has to be done in the bedroom but if electrical points require moving you should always use someone competent to do so.
you can always ask on mybuilder under builders and electricians to quote for the work.

you are going to need an electrician tbh. anyone who works on electrical items needs to be competent so id get an electrician.
