Mixture ratio for sharp sand and cement mix to rectify uneven concrete path

Hi last year we had a concrete path laid from rear lawn to greenhouse only problem is it is so uneven I was told that this could be rectified by using a sharp sand n cement mix but do not know the mixture ratio. Can you help please? I need this to be a strong topping as use mobility scooter regularly on the path in question This chrival

3 ballast, 1 sharp sand and 1 cement will do. You must remove all debris first, apply diluted PVA mix to the area and lay concrete. Sharp sand and cement alone will make the mix too brittle and it will break up easily. With ballast you can remove any large stones. G Hevey
