I have a Hansgrohe 39715000 Axor Citterio and mixer that runs a shower, tap and hand held shower. The water runs from hot to cold with no mixing in between. Any ideas?

Sounds like it has been plumb back to front.Hot on cold side and vise verse.

You may need to equalise the pressure on the incoming feeds
The thermostatic cartridge may also be faulty
