Cracking on the rear wall of garage

Anonymous user 14/03/2024 - 2.32 PM

Just had a report which mentions " The property has suffered movement in the past as evidenced by cracking above the garage door head and above the rear garage personnel door head. The crack above the front garage door head is of no structural significance and should be resin crack repaired and pointing made good. We are of the opinion that the movement to the rear part of the garage relates to subsidence to this part of the property " For this type of problem, what kind of works should be done to tackle it? Thanks
