Pin size holes in walls after plasterer had finished plastering

Anonymous user 03/03/2024 - 3.06 PM

Is there a problem if newly applied plaster has pin size holes in some places of the wall. Once painting my desired paint colour, will this rectify the problem or should I speak with my plasterer who applied it .

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

You should speak to your plasterer! If you are not happy with the finish ask him to rectify it. It could be a genuine mistake and he could have overlooked it but once a wall is plastered it should never need filler or sandpaper to prepare it for painting

You should speak to you plasterer as it sounds like hasn't been finished properly , however a thin coat of easy fill over it and sand back will sort it out .
