Two bed house spray painted instead of roller painted?

Anonymous user 14/03/2024 - 2.32 PM

How much cheaper would it be to have a two bed empty house spray painted instead of roller painted? Is there much difference in the final result?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Hi Spraying is very quick and will be a saving if you're going to do all the ceilings and walls in the same colour or they will be doing a lot of masking on ceilings and as well as all the other surfaces, you don't wont spray on door handles and such like. Personally i never bother with spraying homes due to this factor. As for the result it is a much better finish as it is smooth and no cutting in lines.

Hi Spraying is a fast way of covering walls and ceilings, the problems occur when changing colour and touching up, if you have a problem you cant just go over an area again without having to do the whole area again as you always seem to see the patch you just sprayed. I find it much quicker to cut in and roll out, then roll back as you go to achieve a very smooth finish.
