Mould problems in terraced house - worth getting mould removal stuff to put in paint?

Hi,
We have had damp proofing put in about 6 years ago. We have continuous problems with mould in the bedroom and in the kitchen/living room. Our house is a back to back terrace.
Our house is old, and therefore hasn't got any sort of ventilation, no kitchen fan/no bathroom fan. I don't think we can get air bricks put in as the house is stone, and we don't have any cavity.
At the moment we only have the walls painted. We are looking at re-decorating. Is it worth getting the mould removal stuff from a company online (100 pound) and they give you some sort of stuff to put in the paint for when its re -painted. If we put wallpaper on the walls, is it going to start peeling off? Is the anti mould paint any good?
Please help.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?
I think it would be worth using the anti mould solutions. Although it won't stop the problem, to do so would be extremely costly. You could also apply to all the walls a PVA solution 4/5 parts water 1 part PVA this may provide a small water barrier and it usually helps the paint to stick to. Again this will not solve the underlying issue but it may help.

ANti-Mould paint will work for a short time but will ultimately fail. You also need to be aware that if you have mould you must assume you have other air qulaity issues in your house that are unhealthy and the paint will not address these.
The water is coming from inside the house so barriers will not help. It needs a review of heating, ventilation and insulation. Too much or too little of one of these and the problem can be expected.
You are very limited what you can do re insulation so it is usually ventialtion and heating that make the biggest difference. All I would say is you are not trying to make the property hot, just trying to stop it getting cold (especially at night) and re ventilation, if you have a property that is known to be at risk to mould/condensation, then choose fans designed especially for the purpose (constant running) and consider a Positive Input System as the latter may be your best bet.
