40kw Potterton or 29kw Vokera Vision

Hi, My mum is getting a free boiler through the green deal scheme. She has a choice of a Vokera vision 29kw boiler at no cost to her or she can upgrade to a 40kw Potterton and pay an additional £250. She has a large 6 bed, 2 bathrooms house with 13 medium to large radiators. Any advice/help on the pros and cons of each boiler to help decide would be appreciated. Thank you in advance. Wazza
