A lot depends on how far you are going with it, as it is a small kitchen you will not be able to cram too many trades in at one time. On average a kitchen replacement would take us 4-5 days but we have done them in 3. As a guide with 2 men working Remove existing 0.5 days If kitchen is a flatpack to assemble carcasses 0.5 days 1st fix plumbing and electrics 1 day carcass out the new plan with doors and worktop 1 day cut out and plumb in hob sink 0.5 days handles cornice pelmit plinth 0.5 days allow a few hours per mitred joint on worktops Tiling splashback 0.75 days tiling floor 0.75 days Integrated appliances take a bit longer, up to 2 hours per appliance under cupboard lighting can also be time consuming maybe 0.5 days Pull out larder cabinets and fancy carousels can take upto 0.5 days each hope this helps House Doctors

3 to 5 days depending o what you find when the kitchen is out, never assume that what you see on the surface to mean that what is hidden is in a suitable condition to install a new kitchen.
