Creaking loft on end of terrace new build

Creaking loft on end of terrace new build I moved in to my 'new build' home 9 months ago. The house is probably a year old. When it is windy, and when I am in the upstairs bedrooms, I hear rather worrying creaking noises coming from the loft - it sounds like an old pirate ship and the noises actually wake me up when it's very windy. Is this normal? I am end of terrace so possibly first in line for the wind but I don't know if this is an issue. The black membrane inside the loft ripples when the wind blows - again, is this normal? Should I get the builder in or approach NHBC? Please help. Thanks
