Low pressure boiler and leak where pipes run above

My boiler keeps dropping its pressure to nearly nothing and now we have a leak through the ceiling where the pipes run above it from boiler. What could this be?

Hi Lisa if the pressure on the boiler keeps going down then you have a leak on the flow or return pipes of central heating,
