Cold water tap in enuite has stop working only, all other cold taps in house are fine?

The cold water tap in my ensuite has slowly stopped working over the last few days, all other hot and cold taps are fine? Does anyone have an idea the reasoning for this or any suggestions of how I can resolve this please?

Probably a collapsed washer, turn off water remove valve and replace.

More than likely the washer, check this before replacing tap
