Hi, as you have storage heaters I take it you have Economy 7 with 2 immersion heaters in the Hot water storage tank, 1 at the bottom and one half way. It sounds as though the one at the bottom (Economy 7) may not be working leaving the half way one (booster) to heat the water, this only gives you half a tank of water. It will be enough to last in the sink, basin for washing but will only fill not even quarter of the bath before running cold.
I hope this helps.
unless you have two cold feeds to your bath taps.

One of your immersion heaters is faulty, you will need either a new thermostat or a new element.

Hmm, the question is no hot water to bath tap. What type of bath tap do you have as it could point to thermostatic valve. I am unable to fault your heating element if you are getting hot water to all other outlets other than bath tub
