New boiler for 70m sq underfloor heating, 3 levels, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and WC?

Hi, we are doing a full house renovation, classic Victorian 2 levels, 3 bedroom turning into a 3 levels, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet on ground floor. Getting confused by various comments on the size of the boiler we need and cistern from 100 to 200 liters. Ground floor area - both double reception and kitchen/diner will have water based underfloor heating, bedrooms will have new cast iron radiators and the space for new boiler will be on 2nd floor in the bathroom with available space of 1000mmx800mm and height of 2300mm. Any comments much appreciated. Thanks, Chris

The size of your boiler is determined by how much heat is lost through the walls, windows, doors, and taking things into account such as insulation and double glazing ect. You would need to carry out a heat loss assessment to accurately size a boiler.
