red lockout light still on ideal combi boiler after topping up pressure

Pressure in system had dropped, I topped it up but the lockdown light is still on and boiler won't work. No heating or hot water....
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Have you tried resetting the boiler, sometimes as simple as turning to power of to to boiler
