Electric shower installation - how big a job is this (currently no shower) and will wall need to be retiled?

I am looking to have an Electric Shower fitted & wondered how big a job this would be ?. There is currently no shower (except a manual mixer attached to the bath taps), but the bathroom wall has been tiled. Will the wall need to be re-tiled or can any pipework/cables be done with little mess? Also the electricity fusebox is located a distance away from the bathroom, so how would that work with power supply etc? Sorry if my question seems a bit silly?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

It's quite hard to price a job without a proper look, but you're looking at a good day's labour. The water feed for the shower will have to come either from the loft or another route as it has to be mains pressure water (you will have a this if a gravity system is present ie storage tanks in loft).
The electrics is a tricky one to do also, as it has to run its RCD all the back to consumer unit and this can be expensive if the current consumer unit isn't up to scratch (within regs)
