Which is the best brand water based eggshell and undercoat/primer for skirting and door frames?

I am redecorating 5 rooms in my house and want to use a brilliant white water based eggshell paint and will need undercoat too. All the wood has been previously painted with eggshell ( I think homebase own) but I'm hoping for a better longer lasting product to use this time.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

any waterbased paint has the coverage and long lasting performance of an oil based paint, you will expend more money and working time using a waterbased paint for woodwork cause it will require more coats and wont be waterproof neither washable.

I use dulux but you can use glidden which is a cheaper alternative if you're on a budget, it is made by dulux but is their cheaper brand. Hope this helps, thanks Paul excel
