Vaillant ecotec pro 28 condensing combi boiler for 4 bedroom property

I am in the market for a new boiler, I have spoken to a plumber and he has said he can fit "Vaillant ecotec pro 28 condensing combination boiler". Please can any body tell me if this is suitable for my property? I have 4 bedrooms, 10 radiators in the property in total. 1 family bathroom and 1 ensuite, so two showers in total. Rgds steve

Hi, my name's Luke from slg heating and plumbing. I am a Vaillant registered installer. A pro 28 would be more than sufficient for the radiators and one shower, but if both showers are running at the same time, then this would require a larger boiler to produce a greater flow rate. The Vaillant Eco tech plus 831 or 837 would be a better option. Hopefully this helps with your query. Luke
