Are 18 inch footings deep enough for a 14ft by 14ft conservatory?

I have a newly built conservatory and it's 14ft by 14ft, the footings are 18 inches deep, is this deep enough?

It all depends on the ground as the proper practice for any foundation is till you hit solid/rock bed, normally in adequate ground it should be ok but this is an area where you have to dig and see
