Do I have to remove roots after they have been killed with poison?

Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 2.48 PM

I have had a tree cut down due to cracking on my property, the roots have been killed with poison. Should this be the end of my problems or do i have to remove the roots completely? Just to let let you know i was advised by a structural engineer to cut the tree down. Cheers p.s if the roots are dead than they cannot draw water, is this correct?

if you remove the roots it could cause more problems, your best bet would be to leave it
