Best wireless thermostat for Worcester greenstar 24i junior boiler

Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 2.47 PM

We fitted a wireless thermostat last summer (TH-920D) which worked perfectly until a couple of months ago. The transmitter no longer talks to the receiver, and we think it's the receiver that isn't working properly now as the lights don't come on properly. Why it's stopped working I don't know. We've tried new batteries, checked all the wiring, tried everything we can think of and now decided to get a new wireless thermostat. I've seen various makes recommended but am now just confused about which one would be best, and some of the suggestions I've read are 3-4 years old. Can anyone recommend a good one that would work with our boiler and is programmable? All advice would be really appreciated. Thanks, Claire

Choose either of the RF room stats below, good quality and reliable imo. Honeywell CM927 7 Day Wireless Programmable Thermostat or Danfoss TP7000-RF + RX1 Programmable Thermostat
