Joining 15mm plastic and copper pipes using copper push on connectors
Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 2.47 PM
I would like to connect a 15mm copper pipe to a 15mm plastic pipe using 15mm push on copper connectors. Do the connectors have a secure hold on the plastic? I want to use them in a heating system which has a header tank so not a lot of pressure on them. The pipes will be concealed within a wall. Will they do the job? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. Thanks wilkinson construction. The problem was that unless I chased the back wall there was only 19 mm clearance between the back wall and the front panel. I needed the job done so I have chased the wall to give me the necessary clearance to use a Speedfit connector. But thanks again. Harry F.
