Can you still buy or fit old fashioned toilets with a lever flush mechanism? Please?

I would recommend a non touch flushing cistern, see link below. And yes push/pull handle cisterns are still available.

B&Q still have a range of the toilets you are looking for. They are a little bit more expensive than standard toilets because they are not mass made anymore. Hope this helps.

Yes the lever arm operated flushing toilets are still available.
You can now buy self flushing, wiping and drying toilets. They are quiet expensive I've fitted a few in disabled schools.
